Multiple District 308 B2 Leo forum

Hi guys. So.. this blog is died for like the couple few months. Sorry. Form 4 is really busy. School, tuition, homework and MORE homework. Damn, I can even get enough sleep. I think I should eat more eggs!! Can eggs reduce dark circles? Oh. Or should I buy more SK-II products??

So, during the holidays I went to Leo forum. BOO YA. Leo forum, an event that I waited for a whole year to come. Still can't believe it's over already. Time flew fast. I wish I have doremon as my pet so that I can use his time machine to go back to forum. Hmm.. Anyone is a friend of doremon? Please do pass me his phone number. :D

DAY 1 OF LEO FORUM.
We started our journey around 6 in the morning and we were late for the forum's opening ceremony. AS USUAL. We were super hungry so we went to "Marrybrown" for lunch. Oh. Did I mention the forum is at Johor this year? (Yeah. Johor. It's far.) I seriously HATE marrybrown. Like seriously. I waited 45 minutes for my burger. 45 MINUTES FOR A BURGER and they call themselves fast food shop. -.- Psss.

The night event is awesome. I went up the stage to dance some cowboy thing and I'm super blur. I just stood like a stick there since everyone knew the steps except me. *BLUSH* Anyway, we had to stay there till 1 since there are NOT ENOUGH ROOMS for us. I mean, seriously? Not enough rooms?? DAMN, FAIL. Rm350 for no rooms? Gee. That's bad. So, we ended up sleeping 6 in a room and we only get to sleep around 3? Since there were soooo many problems with the rooms. Hmph.


DAY 2 OF LEO FORUM
Fortunately, we get to skip the morning motivation talk since we ended up sleeping so late because of their mistake. :/ After that will be the AWARDS TIME. Leo CLub of SMKSU was't that bad. We won quite a couple of awards. :D Oh ya. The most surprising thing is that, ANNA LOOI won TOP LEO AWARD. Guess what? I'm the first one who jumped out. SOO happy for her. *wink wink*

DAY3 OF LEO FORUM
This is the saddest day among all three days. We need to say good byes to everyone and some of them are outgoings. We may never meet again. ( facebook 'meeting' is excluded of course) I slept like a PIG for 5 hours in the bus. I'm super tired. I woke up when we were about to reach our destination. I jumped around in the bus like a monkey by then. :DD

Damn, the school are reshuffling the whole form 4 again, AGAIN!
Note: This is the second time of the year, not streaming, reshuffling.

The most horrible thing is that they are actually canceling the 'Good' class and made all the class normal. This is so so so unfair right? We worked hard to get into good classes and now, there's no good classes. =(

Anyway, I got into the same class as Nicole ans Tze Yun, I should be satisfied with it. ( 4 Omega )
Still. when they give us something, they took away something form us. Most of my other friends are in different class but still, I have Nicole right? *wink*
Nicole wanted to change class and I might be following her. Teacher say it's not possible to do that but who knows? We might be lucky enough.

Singapore Christmas

CHRISTMAS is here!

This year, my father brought my whole family to Singapore for christmas. It's a last minute decision. Actually, we plan to go to Taiwan but since it's a last minute decision, air tickets are all SOLD OUT. Therefore, we had no choice but to switch our plan to Singapore. This is the second time I'd been to Singapore and both of the time are on christmas. The last time, I stayed at Orchard street but this time, I stayed at Marina Manderin Oriental. It's a nice hotel. My mom actually booked a excecutive room with super nice view.


FIRST DAY .

We went there by plane on the 23rd, which means it is PMR RESULTS DAY!!! I sat on the plane with a burning ass. I'm so anxious about my results. I'm so unlucky that the results are actually announced when I'm sitting on the plane. When the plane arrived, I straight away called Su Shen. She told me I got 7A's and 1 B. I hate that stupid B, which is KH. It's KH! Damn, KH! I'm so close to straight. So so so close. I'm not super duper luper happy about my results but somehow I'm kinna glad it's not really bad. Still, there's quite some people I knew got staight and of course, I'm kinna dissapointed in myself. Anyways, my parents did not scoled me or praised me. They are like 'Oh, okay'. So, we continued to have fun at Singapore.

There's 5 of us who went to Singapore, which is not a really good number since one taxi can only fit 4 people, it's maximun. Still, we managed to find an old 'London taxi likey' taxi that's so special that it can fit 5. The driver told us that there's only 9 such taxies in Singapore. We arrived at the hotel and my first impression is WOW. The lobby is huge and nicely decorated. And, IN THE HOTEL there are actually fake birds chipping from all around the hotel. It sounds like you are in the jungle, not a super nice hotel. We checked in and went into our room. It has super nice views, like I mentioned earlier.

We met up with my cousins and went for some seafood.

This is some kind of seafood that's super expensive, forgot the name. It tastes normal, like jelly.

SECOND DAY .

We met up with my cousins again and went for a walk. My father wanted to explore the road. We wanted to wlak to the Marina Bay, and yes, we did. We took lots of photos while walking. When we went into Marina Bay, we had brunch at the food court in Marina Bay. After that, my parents and sister went into the Casino for half an hour. We, 4 little kids walked around the mall. Eveything is branded and of course, DUPER EXPENSIVE. We don't even dare to walk into the shops. -.-

Then, we bought the ticket and went straight up to the marina bay sands boat (I'm not really sure is that the name but that's how it looks like, a boat). It's windy up there. We took lots of pictures, of course. After that, we went to a open air bar on the marina bay sands boat. After sitting down, we realize that evey drinks in at the bar contains alcohol except for tea. Still, all of us ordered alcohols. I ordered 'Summerset Punch', which I don really know what is it but it ended up quite delicious while some of the drinks ordered by my cousin and sister are not that delicious. we headed back to the hotel for a nap after that.

That night, we went out for seafood AGAIN. But this time, we had our seafood at Westcoast. After eating, we walked along the bach for a while. After that, we went to the lion (there's a name for that lion, I just forgot!). Of course, we took lots of pictures again! We even ate ice-cream from an ice-cream car. One of my cousin is staying overnight at my room that night, we watched '21 rounds' together before sleeping. =)

DAY 3 .


The next morning, we went to a Bak Kut Teh shop to have our breakfast. The Bak Kut Teh in Singapore is totally different from the one in Malaysia. Their Bak Kut Teh's soup is flavoured by pepper while Malaysia's are flavoured by chinese herbs. Both flavours are nice. Still, I prefere Malaysia's Bak Kut Teh more.

Then, we went to Universal Studio. We checked online few days ago and called Univeral Studio, they told us that all the tickets on that day are all SOLD OUT. My sister and I were quite dissapointed that we can't get into Universal Studio. However, we still decided to got to Sentosa Island to take pictures and see the NEW casino. While we were taking pictures OUTSIDE the Universal Studio, my sister and mother went to the counter to ask for available tickets that night. (There's a show IN Universal studio that night) However, they found out that there's still available ticket. (Ps. They even put up the sign board saying 'ALL TICKETS FOR TODAY ARE SOLD OUT!) And yet, there's still tickets. So, we changed our original plan to go to the beach and headed to Unversal Studio.

We are quite unlucky since it started to rain for a while. we played a few games only but we watched quite a number of shows. When we are about to play the Boat thingi, we lined up for half hour for it, they announced that there's some techinical problem and it was stopped. -.- Anyways, after playing for some time, we head to a 60s restaurant to have a break. My father, mother and sister fell asleep there. My brother, me and 2 cousins went out and play the pyramid coaster thing again and agian. We can already memorise what will happen next. We made different poses when it's CAMERA TIME! Not long later, my sister joined in. We start playing a few chilidish games. We even tried wearing all kinds of hats at a stall. I wanted to buy one, but the price is super WOW-ish. 69.90 Singapore money per hat. Super Duper Luper expensive.

That night, we had dinner at a shop in the mall. we lined up 45 minutes before getting into the restaurant. There's just too many people. We tried asking 'Hardrock cafe' but to dine at their restaurant, you need to wait for 2 hours, WORST. We even went to watched the Pheonix dance that night. It's the first time in Singapore, the Opening Ceremony of it. We sat under the rain to watch it. We slept immediately that night cause we were exhausted. We even said BYE BYE to our cousins cause we are only going to meet them next chinese new year.

DAY 4

This morning, we went out to Orchard street. The FOOD COURT over there is AMAZING. There's so many korean and japanese food that I had never seen before. It's definately an experience. After that, we checked out from the hotel and went home. =)
